Katie Stilo is an Emmy-winning Culinary Producer and Food Stylist who knows her way around a kitchen (and a camera)! With a passion for food that’s both refined and full of flavor, Katie is a classically trained chef with diplomas in culinary arts, pastry and baking arts, and culinary management from The Institute of Culinary Education, plus a certificate from The Italian Culinary Institute to boot.

Her culinary journey blends formal training with real-world experience, making her a go-to for clients who crave creativity, organization, and a dash of magic in every project. Whether she’s styling the perfect plate or producing behind the scenes, Katie brings her A-game to the table.

When she’s not cooking up magic on set, Katie is the sweet mastermind behind Double The Sweet, a brand that hosts pop-up dessert events across NYC to support charity with every bite. Plus, she’s the voice (and brain) behind Today Food Radio, airing on Sirius XM channel 108, where she’s dishing out all things food with a side of fun.

This spring, Katie is also the co-author of The Today Loves Food Cookbook, a highly anticipated collection of delicious recipes and culinary inspiration that celebrates the love of food in every bite.

Katie’s clients include M&M's International; Today Show (NBC); Saturday Night Live; The Tonight Show; MasterClass; ShopRite/Wakefern; Martha Bakes, Martha Stewart’s Cooking School (PBS); Bon Appetit, Food Network, Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia; Shape.com; QVC; McCormick Spices; Outshine Ice Pops, Amazon.com; Family Circle; People Magazine; Ken’s Dressings; Chobani; Hellmanns; Vitamix & Campbell’s and more.
